This free, self-directed training is designed for people providing direct service to women with disabilities and women who are Deaf who have experienced physical or sexual violence, or criminal harassment.

Topics covered include: the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act and the Customer Service Standard; communication with people with disabilities; serving persons who use service animals, support persons or assistive devices; and agency accessibility.

System Requirements: To view aspects of this training, you will need to turn off the "pop-up blockers" in your browser. The training is best viewed with a high speed internet connection and in the browsers Firefox, Safari, Chrome or Internet Explorer 8 or greater. Components of the training include audio; to access these you will need a sound card in your computer and speakers or headphones.
